Single Dutch Braid

Dutch Braid

So maybe we started out a little too difficult with the Double-Dutch Pull Back Braids. Try the simpler Single Dutch Braid instead. Stay patient when learning to braid. It takes time to get acquainted with how to maneuver your fingers, but after some practice, you’ll be able to braid without looking.

Good luck & enjoy!

Black and white stripes have been my recent obsession. I love the clean lines and the modern look of the color combo. Throw some red into the mix and your entire look instantly pops.

I picked out this red number to dress up the warm summer nights. I think the eyelash lace trim adds a feminine touch while the skater shape of the dress keeps everything casual.

This summer I am really trying to stay away from my blow-dryer. I already hate using it any other time of year but feel that it is even more ridiculous to use when the weather is hot. With the length and thickness of my hair, it takes forever to completely blow-dry which is not only damaging, but also frustrating. I styled these waves by allowing my hair to air-dry, using a thermal protective serum and then wrapping strands of hair around a barrel iron for a few seconds. I then used a French braid to keep my hair out of my face.

Thanks for reading!
